About Us

Sandra Tynan BSW, MA

I enjoy daily interactions with individuals who seek deeper emotional connections and have a willingness to be curious. I believe that everyone enters our lives for a reason, regardless of how they've arrived.

My journey as a social worker and life coach began to take shape when I learned an important lesson: allowing myself to learn from others without rushing to judgment or trying to fix the situation. This approach has empowered my clients to discover more meaningful insights, as everyone has the ability to know what is best for them. As a facilitator, I am here to listen deeply and help them become aware of things they may not yet recognize within themselves.

In each session, I welcome nature, curiosity, and exploration as essential tools for connecting with our innate wisdom and deepening our understanding of ourselves.

My path in social work led me to a world of self-discovery, which continued with a Master’s Degree in Consciousness Studies and Transpersonal Psychology. This opened new doors, expanding my connection to consciousness. During this educational journey, I also pursued certifications in family violence intervention and coaching with spirit, learning powerful techniques such as Internal Family Systems and PSYCH-K®.

PSYCH-K® entered my life in 2020, during a time of uncertainty and struggle. This transformative practice helped me align with my true path, guiding me toward the life I was meant to live. It brought healing, abundance, and a deep sense of inner knowing that I could manifest new goals by shifting my belief systems. Feeling a deep calling, I returned twice—traveling to New Jersey and Mexico—to deepen my understanding and complete my certifications. As I immersed myself in PSYCH-K®, I was able to release stress, embrace peace, and find balance in every aspect of my life—whether it was in my finances, my role as a mother, my emotional well-being, or my relationship with my body and health.

I am now focused on continuing to learn and explore ways to maintain a sustainable lifestyle, improve communication through Non-Violent Communication, and savor the small moments that help me cultivate energy and connection with others in the present moment.

My journey as a healer/body-worker has taken many twists and turns, each time, bringing in deeper insights of healing. Not just for others, but myself as well, and where those two intersect.

I started strictly in massage, focusing purely on the physical body. However, overtime I have gained more knowledge and wisdom on how bodywork and consciousness come together.

During experiences for my own healing from an autoimmune condition and chronic physical pain, I have witnessed the connection between mind, body and consciousness and how they influence each other. How “pain” and “discomfort” are ways that unconscious behavioral and thought patterns manifest into our physical health. By integrating these physical symptoms as “messages”, we may begin to truly “heal”.

I have been lucky enough to learn from some amazing mentors who have each guided me, in different ways, on each stage of my journey, and have given me the tools to help others. Through the use of Structural Energetic Therapy, Guided Embodiment practices, Coaching, Mindful Movement and venturing into the world of Shamanism, I allow each person’s body to tailor make each session to what would be most beneficial to them in that moment.

My main intention is to bring each person back into balance with the parts of themselves that have been un-integrated. Changing the mindset that there is something “wrong” with them. But rather, listening to their body and connecting in a way that allows them to be present with the messages that their body is giving them.

I merely hold space to allow this work to manifest on its own. In turn, empowering each person to connect to the innate healing that resides in them and the present moment.
